Hey, I’m Stella!

 

My aim is to help more young people to both overcome challenges in life, and equip ourselves well, so we can grow and fulfil our potential.

 

I’m 19 years old. You may be thinking… I’m young, right? Not to be cliche and all, but here’s a quote from Mark Twain:  “Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter”. I don’t mind. Hope you don’t either.​​

 

Ever since I can remember, I’ve had this deep desire to grow, learn, and become a better version of myself, so I can then help other people. When I was 4 years old, I came up with a nickname, “Shiny Stella Super Star”! I assume it’s because I’ve always wanted to stay positive and aim high. Over the years, my friends and those around me have often asked for advice on things like how to get through a rough day, or feel happier in general, tips on how to study effectively, what to do in different relationships and so on. 

 

• How do we overcome lack of confidence and self-doubt?

• How can we balance adventure and play with discipline and hard work? 

• How do we find fulfilment and happiness in life?

 

These are the kinds of questions I’ve been trying to understand and answer for myself as a part of my journey, and would like to share with you through Stella Spirit.
